Conventional processing flow of waste metal recycling production line
Jul24,24
The metal and mixed material crushing and sorting line mainly includes four steps: pretreatment, crushing, sorting, and subsequent processing.
Preprocessing: Firstly, manually separate the liquid and difficult to separate materials in the material. Dismantle materials that may cause explosions or fires to ensure the safety of subsequent operations.
Crushing: The pre treated raw materials are sent into the vehicle crusher for primary crushing, and are cut into small, elongated blocks. Then, the materials after Grade I crushing are sent to the crushing and dissociation crusher through the conveyor. Through continuous impact, bending and full rubbing, the steel, copper, aluminum, plastic, leather and foam adhered to each other in the waste can be fully dissociated.
Sorting: The sorting process mainly includes steps such as magnetic separation, non-ferrous metal sorting, air sorting, material screening and sorting, and manual sorting. Magnetic separation is mainly used to separate black metals, such as steel; Nonferrous metal sorting uses equipment such as eddy current separators to separate metals such as copper and aluminum from the mixture; Wind selection and material screening are used to separate lightweight materials such as plastics and sponges; Finally, purer materials are obtained through manual sorting.
Subsequent processing: The sorted materials enter the subsequent processing stage, such as steel, copper, aluminum and other metals entering the smelting plant for further processing; Plastic, sponge and other materials are then sent to the corresponding recycling plants for reuse.
