Solar panel recycling equipment shipped to Spain

According to data from the European Photovoltaic Industry Association, photovoltaic panels installed before 2010 have entered their retirement period, with an annual retirement volume exceeding 500 tons. However, existing local recycling equipment can only meet 30% of market demand. The EU’s Circular Economy Action Plan requires a photovoltaic panel recycling rate of over 85% by 2030. Our company has developed a new generation of metal recycling production lines to meet this demand, including core units such as automatic crushers and intelligent sorting systems. The recycling line uses physical recycling processes, requiring no chemical reagents, and can efficiently separate materials such as glass, silicon wafers, and metals from solar panels, achieving a recycling rate of over 99%.
